GUILT FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES with cookies and cream ganache

INGREDIENTS


-1 1/2 cup of coconut flour (sifted)

-1/4 cup of cocoa powder

-1/4 cup of agave granulated sweetener/ any other granulated sweetener

-1/2 tsp. of baking powder

-1/2 cup of peanut butter

-1/2 cup of honey/ pure maple syrup

-1 whole egg

-1/2 cup of milk alternative/ cows milk

-1/2 cup of chocolate chips

-4 scoops of Premium Whey Protein (Cookies and cream Flavour)

-3 tbsp. of coconut oil


RECIPE

 

-Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with cook and spray or baking paper.

-In a large mixing bowl and in dry ingredients, mix well and put a side.

-In a microwave, melt the peanut butter and honey until combined.

-Add your nut butter mixture, egg, milk into dry ingredients and mix well.

-Stir through your chocolate chips and transfer mixture into baking tray.

-Bake for 20 minutes or more, keep checking.

-Allow to cool completely before adding the cookies and cream protein ganache.

-For the ganache; melt 3 tbsp. of coconut oil in microwave and then add 4 scoops of cookies and cream whey protein. Mix well until a thick mixture is formed.

-Layer the brownies with the mixture and place in fridge.
